Pickleball Pro Fitness class! Newly designed to enhance your court movement, prevent injuries, increase your balance, and reaction times through cardio pickleball. This class incorporates dynamic exercises, strength, core, plyometrics, and sport-specific drills to improve your performance on the court. Whether you're a beginner looking to build a strong foundation or a seasoned player aiming to take your game to the next level, Pickleball Pro Fitness will help you improve your fitness while playing. Paddles and balls are provided. Flat outdoor court specific footwear recommended.
